Well
this is part of the project and I
hope you will enjoy these pictures too.
The
first one was in Veldhoven
where I visit the sticker king.
The
next 3 pictures are taken in Vught,
a place near Den Bosch. This one is in
front of a beautiful place.
This
one is the house next door
and it is a real big place.
The
last one is on the entrance
road of the first house.
A
friend of me has this nice
Mercedes brake and I parked
it next to them to
picture it.
I
made many pictures around the
van Abbe museum in Eindhoven
This one I think
is one of the best.
This
one is made at the side.
It was a sunny day and as
you can see, there are
many
strange reflections on the wall.
The
little river Dommel flies close
to the van Abbe and the water
surrounds
partly the museum
At
the same side was already for
a long time this piece of art.
It is made
of iron and the rust
makes it pretty nice.
I
made also some pictures of the
back entrance of the museum
but every time
there where
ugly cars parked. This one I
took a while ago, when they
were
still working on the
surrounding parts of the museum.
This
picture was sent to me by
my friend Martin while he was
on his way to Iraq.
It is taken is Syria.
He wrote me that there still drive
a lot of these
Peugeots.
At
the end of the summer I drop
away a lot of junk from my house.
I had to
put it in front of the street
and a big truck loaded it later.
I was lucky
they did not
took my car as junk with them.
This
one was again taken in Belgium.
I think it was also close to Arendonk.

The
last picture for now is close to
the new apartment of my oldest
daughter
Maya. She moved to a complete
new neighborhood called Meerhoven.
On the
edge there is still some nature.
On
this farm I lived for a while about
35 years ago. Now Joost Nuisl lives
there.
He is a singer and guitar player.
This is outside Broekhuizenvorst in Limburg.
In
those days we lived there with several people.
There was the witch of Limburg,
Sef Derkx and
the son of the owner of this castle in Ooijen.
He was a school
teacher for drawing
and now he is an artist.
On
my way to Venlo I drive sometimes
not on the highway and then you pass
Deurne.
I saw this very big mill there.
Also
in that little village I saw this ruin.
Only one part of the building is still
in use.
When I parked there was a party inside.
Right
from this building was this old farmhouse.
It is restored beautiful and in
use by several
different organizations.
I
often go to Helmond to see an exhibition
in De nederlandsche Cacaofabriek.
It
is a gray but nice building next to the canal.
Only 2 hours stayed the snow on my car.
I took the picture from my
work room.
I had hoped that this will all the snow
for this year and that
spring will start.
A
real white 404 I found in a photo book
from Eindhoven, when I was at the hairdresser.
It
had many historic pictures in it and I could
only take a picture of the book
instead of a scan.
I
was again in Helmond at the Cacaofabriek.
This time I was there in the evening
and you
see the bridge with the lights in the back.
For
the picture above I parked for a moment
on the bicycle lane but later I parked
at the
side of the factory with the big windows.
Also
in Helmond they had built these cubic houses.
I had planned to park there already
for a long time.
This was on a Sunday around lunch time.
I
saw nobody so I took the chance and
I parked under it and took some more pictures.
It
looked great and I walked to the other
side to take some more pictures. I had
to stand on the road to get everything
in the picture, but as you see
I managed.
Around the
corner of these houses is a church.
I parked also in front of that just to
show you
how high the toer of this church is.
I
still had time enough before I had to go
to an opening of an exhibition so
I drove
to a castle that is also a museum.
As
you see the picture above is from the side
and the one below is in front of
the castle.
When
I drove away I saw this little building
at the other side of the castle. Some
youth
foundation has their office in there.
A
little bit back you could see my car
parked in the dark at a bridge in Helmond.
Well
here it is again there but this time
in daytime but again on the bicycle lane.
A
friend of me with a second hand cloths shop
showed me this real little model
of a Peugeot 404.
I was only allowed to watch the model, he did not
wanted
to sell this to me.
In
a few years I have to move out my house
to a new house in the same neighborhood.
Around
the corner of my house is a little
square and the building company will use
it
for stashing the materials soon. I took
my chance to park the car on the mountain.
The
same day I was also at the psychiatric clinic
in Eindhoven and when I drove
away through
a side gate I saw this big ball on the grass.
I thought it
would be a great picture but I
did not realize that the grass was wet and
I
had to phone a friend to pull me out there.
On
the back you see the former Philips headquarters.
